Newer versions of the HP aCC compiler will not compile XalanDeque.hpp. I'm not
sure if this is a compiler bug, or a legitimate problem with the source code,
but this patch fixes the problem. It is also consistent with how we use
MemoryManagedConstructionTraits with XalanVector, etc., so it's a reasonable
patch.
