Serializer changes

I have made several changes to the DOM XML serializer to enable output of DocType and Internal SubSet/Entities. Mainly changes to TreeWalker, but I have also made minor changes to the TransformTo class.

Is this something that the Xalan community would like to add to the serializer or should I just keep a local copy of the serializer.jar ?
