To the XALAN-J developers: If given a working API specification and Java implementation, I can assist with porting a code base of XPath2 and XSLT-11 to Xalan-C++. At present I have no programming team, but I have studied and debugged the internals of Xalan-C++ and Xerces-C++. We also need committers to the XALAN-C team.
