I dont have experience with the international builds for what has changed from Xerces-C version 2.8 to 3.0 and how their transcoding modues affect the Xalan-C library. Some brief discussion on using Xerces-C 3.1.1 for Xalan-C 1.11 international builds would be appreciated.
