I am trying to understand the available infrastructure that can be used to create some Xalan-C pre-release builds This task is still early, but I may be able to help coordinate the effort.
I have time to visit Oregon State University and review their hosting of Apache Infrastructure at their Open Systems Lab. http://www.osuosl.org University faculty and students help administer the site.
