As part of the Apache Project Branding Requirements [1] we need to create DOAP files for our sub-projects. I've just made some basic ones [2] for Xalan-J and Xalan-C++.
This will soon show up on projects.apache.org as well as on the main Apache site periodically (in the featured project section). Thanks.
