Fix Version/s: CurrentCVS
The attachments have the same linkage issues for VC10 as is found for VC9.
Updates to the repository have implemented the builds with VS 2010 (VC10) and
fixed the build issues with VS 2008 (VC9).
The batch scripts in this JIRA issue are still a good start for creating your
own builds from sources using Microsoft Studio compilers (VC7.1, VC8, VC9,
VC10).
