Support for the Windows Solutions "XalanICU.sln" are broken. There is
ICU integration support as part of normal "Xalan.sln" builds.
Therefore the broken parts are being removed from the repository
for VC9 and VC10. They are temporarily remaining with VC6, VC7.1,
and VC8 in case we need to provide a Xalan-C 1.10.1 bugfix release.
These Microsoft compilers support Xerces-C version 2.7 and 2.8.
The current SVN repository supports the Xerces-C versions 3.0 and newer.
The packaging of Xalan-C version 1.11 for release will also have
Microsoft VC6 removed. But the platform may continue in the SVN
repository in case we need to create a Xalan-C 1.10.1 bugfix release.
