The next ASF Board Meeting is Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Here are some items that can go into our Xalan PMC report.
[1] The Xalan PMC has a new TLP web page that is almost ready for publishing. The pages are currently in their final review by the team. [2] The Xalan PMC has three Jira issues linked to the Google Summer of Code 2012 for student work (1 XALANJ, 2 XALANC). [3] In the last two months we have 6 active committers and have another 6 active participants on our projects. [4] A release of the XALANC project is scheduled at the completion of Google Summer of Code 2012. The documentation pages are almost ready for final review. Some preliminary package artifacts have been created. [5] There is an active community working on XALANJ project issues. [6] We may need some accounts on infrastructure platforms to do builds of XALANC packages before committing them as artifacts for the coming release. [7] Steven J.
