I'll review what you design into your code.  It will be useful for your
testing.  When we start putting the library into the XPath functions, we
should be able to use your exceptions as triggers to the appropriate XPath
exception chains, returning the error knowledge back to the calling
application.

Examples are available on XPath exception propagation.  I will give you
some help on this subject when we start the packaging work.

Continue working on the DatesAndTimes module.  Your foundation work is
very worthwhile to the EXSLT extensions library.
