I hate to say it, but the easiest solution will probably involve
getting rid of your JAXP 1.0.x implementation and only having JAXP 1.1
implementations on your classpath.  In theory, the JAXP interfaces
themselves should be completely backwards compatibile, so your previous
application shouldn't care which implementation version you have.  (One
possible difference might be the default values of some parser
properties, I forget).

Otherwise, you're going to have to debug some annoying classloader
issues with the FactoryFinder classes, which of course will be very
specific to the JDK version and any app server versions you're running on.
