Hi,

I'm new to Translets and XSLTC, so I have some questions...

1)Is the compile() method of the XSLTC class (package org.apache.xalan.xsltc.compiler) smart enough to recognize if a xsl file has been modified by someone (suppose by a xml/xsl developer)?
In other words, is there a way to avoid manual compilation of the xsl's ***OR*** recompiling automatically them every time?

2) I don't see so much performance gain over "conventional" xslt processing... only +10% in a small self-made test... I'm wrong?

Thank you
