I've poked around and seen a lot of documentation on how to handle putting
character entities in one's -output- document in an XSLT document, but I'm
having the opposite problem.

My -input- document contains various html-standard character entity
references, so of course the parser gripes at me when it parses the input
document prior to applying any transformation.

Ideally I want all the character entities in the input document to simply
pass-through and turn up in the output document. I assume this will
either be by means of a directive to the parser or by making it know about
all possible entities in some way. If someone can give me a pointer, I'd
greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

   Nick
