transforming large file

I'm having trouble transforming a large XML file.  The file is 0.4MB.  The source seems to be getting truncated because the error message is asking for a missing closing tag.  I didn't post my XML and XSLT documents because the XML document is pretty large.  If anybody wants copies, just let me know and I'll send them over to you.
