Point granted... but I still think of an XPath generator as a general utility rather than as being a great fit for the Xalan project. (There's been discussion of adding an XPath generator to some future version of the DOM APIs, to match the DOM3 XPath evaluation API currenty being developed... but that's still strictly a wishlist item as far as I know.) ______________________________________ Joe Kesselman / IBM Research
