Using JRE 1.4.1, when I attempt a transform in an applet, the exception "could not load output_xml.properties" is encountered.
It appears that you cannot do xslt in applets with the current release
version of Java? at least not without some workarounds (signing the
applet, etc)?
Is there a fix for this?
