This is not a bug in documentation. The documentation is updated in accordance with Xalan 2.4.1. The namespace URI was changed in Xalan 2.4.1 from "http://xml.apache.org/xslt"; to "http://xml.apache.org/xalan";. The old namespace "http://xml.apache.org/xslt"; still works, but the new one is the standard. This information is also available in the on-line documentation.
This clears things up nicely, thank you. Unfortunately, I've already entered the bug as requested. I'm off to see if I can undo it.
