Hmmmm. Is XML really the right way to go for dynamic data in the HTTPSession?
Anyway, if you do use XML, your example sounds more like one document which is gradually expanded. I was thinking of completely different documents, like a magazine article and a dictionary entry. In you case, treating it as one document for display might make more sense. Of course, that means you have to retrieve it when you are adding new information, but since it is part of the HTTPSession, that shouldn't be much of an issue. Kevin
