Hi all, I am trying to implement an extension element in Javascript.
I have sucessfully got extension functions to work and some simple extension elements (just return null or a string) to work. I am having difficulty getting an extension element to work that assembles a fragment and returns that. The specific case in my example is I want the extension element to return the fragment: <p>Some <i>italic</i> text.</p> Please look at the example at http://foobar.net.nz/xslt-extension-example/ . It's trivial but highlights the problems that I'm having. I have searched the mailing list and Googled ad nauseum but only found examples and discussions on extension functions and very simple extension elements.
