Last minute Issues for 2.7.1
release:
a) 2133 - patch needs to be pulled
out (which is the fix for 2351)

b) 2345 - should be in (Update to
Xerces 2.9.0 and xml-apis 1.3.04)

c) 2354 - should be in (DOM 3
default:yes problem)

d) 2356 - should be in (the website
should not point to gump.)

e) legal - Henry Z. pointed out to
me that the Apache infrastructure
group has clarified some issues
