The PMC has approved Xalan-J 2.7.1 release. Our charter requires 75% of the PMC vote +1 on a release.
These PMC members to voted +1: Brian Minchau Christine Li Dmitry Hayes Henry Zongaro John Gentilin Ramesh Mandava Only one member did not vote, Santiago Pericas-Geertsen, but I believe he didn't vote because he is away for a week or so. The next step is a quality check. It may be that some last minute fixes go in. If these are normal minor bug fixes then this does not invalidate the vote. - Brian Minchau
