Hola, I don't know if the usual outlets (Nabble, GMane, [EMAIL PROTECTED], etc.) automatically pick up incubator mailing lists (they do automatically pick up TLP mailing lists), but Apache's own mail archives do. See http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-xap-dev/.
