Widgets: TabPane: Small sizes cause display problems

1) Create a tabpane with tabPane with a few tabs and content in them
2) Shrink the tab pane to 100x100 pixels
The tabs that should line the top end up stacking on one another, and
overlapping into the panes beneath.
