Widgets: TabPane: Changing font size messes up tab sizing

1) Create a tabPane.
2) Set the font size to something small, like 8px, or large, like 24px
If the font size is small, the tabs will shrink vertically, separating them
from the content panes below.
If the font size is too big, the tabs can wrap, or they just overflow into the
content panes below.
