Widgets: BorderPanel: Only container widgets allowed as border elements

In a borderPanel, elements such as buttons, tables, labels, and other such
widgets are not allowed to be direct children of a borderPanel. Only
freePanels, borderPanels, vertical/Horizontal panels, and other similar widgets
are allow.
Of course, the easy workaround for this is to use a freePanel with the desired
widget as a child., but that could sometimes make thigns more difficult.
