Setting the width or height of a comboBox does nothing. Even setting the width
to smaller than the displayed width of the comboBox doesn't shrink it; the
containing div WILL shrink, but the combo box will just overlow. When the width
is set to something large, the space around the combobox fires events, such as
onClick, for the comboBox.
