In the window widget test, events are fired when a window is dragged. This
causes about 1/4 of a second of lag, which is enough for the mouse to move a
significant distance away from where it clicked the title bar. When the event
is done firing, the window moves relative to the ending position of the mouse,
instead of the initial point where the event was fired.
