I'm not quite sure what you are asking. The .css page is included in the HTML 
file, if they want to override those they can change the CSS or include a new 
one after that one. The only difference between our "official" stylesheet and 
any other is that our is included by the html pages in the samples.

Very good.  If the html page loading the xal has preloaded a local
sheet, does it overwrite default values?
