If a scrollPane contains buttons or labels, the text is selectable from outside
of the scrollPane's dimensions.
For example, if the scrollPane's height is set to 500px and the buttons would
normally occupy 600px, clicking around in the 100 pixels below the bottom of
the scrollPane can select button or label text.
