Hey -- this is a problem! You've just posted a project release
without any discussion or vote. You may not have really thought of it
as a release, but that is exactly what you have when you are telling
users to download any version (even a 0.1) of an Apache product.
Please remove all download links on the XAP site ASAP.
Then, take a look at
http://incubator.apache.org/incubation/Incubation_Policy.html#Releases.
After that, let's discuss release procedures on this list. Again, I'm
sure you weren't aware of this, but please fix this right away.
