    Description: 
Smaller font sizes will cause the tabs to be drawn incorrectly. Normally, there 
is one line at the top of the container. If the font is small, two lines are 
drawn - one for the actual tabs and one for the top of the container. The tabs 
look to be floating in space after this, however they still control the content 
in the container below.

Reproducible with the tabPane component test - set the fontSize to 8.
