Widgets: Window: Resizing window causes buttons to disappear, other strange
behavior.

Open the window widget example. We'll be using the first window for this, so
ignore the other one.
No minimzie button when maximized.
1) Load a fresh version of the widget example
2) Click 'maximize'
The minimize button for the window has disappeared.
minimize >> maximize >> restore makes window take minimized shape, but have
normal window buttons
1) Load a fresh version of the widget example
2) Click 'maximize'
3) Click 'restore'
It'll make the window the same size as when it is minimized. This may not seem
like a bug, but clicking 'restore' on a minimized window will size the window
to the default size 100px x 100px if no width/height is specified.
