Submitting new tags:
helloWorldBridge -> helloWorld = simple bridge designed to illustrate providing
a new tag for XAP applications, can be used as a template
htmlPanelBridge -> htmlPanel = simple bridge for including HTML in XAP
applications, possible candidate to become a XAP tag in the future
htmlPanel works by setting a "src" attribute to be the HTML that should be
included; this could be replaced with xinclude or other mechanism
