Cleaned up the widget component tests some more.
Added a xal file loader so we didn't need 40 html files with all of the same
code except for one line. (loader.html)
Added component tests for link, row, cell
Improved and added various smoke tests.
Files are to be put in the WebContent/examples/widgets/ folder
