Description:
1.) There seems to be a problem when adding the tab pane---Xap can't find the
parent handler for the element to be added, it seems.
2.) Substtituting freePane instances for the tabPanes and tabs still throws the
error.
3.) Putting a rootPane around the tabPane seems to fix this, but there still is
nothing in the page but "SDSDSD".
Is this a problem with the panes or with xmodify? This XAL dates from late
November, so has xmodify syntax changed since?

Summary: Html-xmodify example is broken, could be xmodify, panes, or

Forgot to mention outdated xal as the culprit.
