Resolution: Fixed
It's confusing, but the GridPanelBridge object, which is a bridge to an
instance of Dojo's "GridPanel" widget, is called via a "<gridPane/>" tag. The
setup file plugin.xml was pointing to "gridPanel"; it's been fixed and
committed.
