Steps to recreate:
1) Open the comboBox component test
2) Set the wdith of testComponent to 200px
3) Set the width of testComponentListBox to 100px
You should see the comboBox become narrow again. Setting the backgroundColor,
however, shows that the parent div of the element is still 200px wide.
