I ran RAT (thanks, R.B.D.) on the current version of the source, and it looks like this should be o.k.---files under src/dojo and src/google fail the RAT test, but direct examination of the google files and examination of the dojo files using a find...grep... (plus direct examination of some of them) show that there are licence block in them.)
