Open the table widget component test.
There is a grey border around the whole table. it's width by default is 100%
(which is probably a bug in itself). However, the table itself is only as wide
as it needs to be.
Set the width of the thable to 300px.
The header bar for the table now extends over to the right border, beyond the
width of the table proper.
