Hi Bob, I just went through the latest release candidate; sorry for the delay.
It all looked good to me, except the /source/NOTICE.txt file still has the committers list in it; although, I see you've updated the other NOTICE file at the top of the build (not sure why there are two that are out of synch). I can't speak for Robert or others about this, but I personally wouldn't be opposed to allowing that small change to be made (being just a text file), a new set of downloads placed on the server, and then continue with the vote where it was (with a note of the minor change). If you can make that change, I'll give my formal +1 on the general@ list. Thanks for being patient with these changes and sorry again about the delay in getting to this. Robert, As one of the mentors on Xap could you vote on the Incubator PMC for the release? I talked with cliff yesterday and he also said we would vote.
