Hi Bob,

I just went through the latest release candidate; sorry for the delay.

It all looked good to me, except the /source/NOTICE.txt file still has
the committers list in it; although, I see you've updated the other
NOTICE file at the top of the build (not sure why there are two that
are out of synch).

I can't speak for Robert or others about this, but I personally
wouldn't be opposed to allowing that small change to be made (being
just a text file), a new set of downloads placed on the server, and
then continue with the vote where it was (with a note of the minor
change).

If you can make that change, I'll give my formal +1 on the general@ list.

Thanks for being patient with these changes and sorry again about the
delay in getting to this.

Robert,

As one of the mentors on Xap could you vote on the Incubator PMC for the
release? I talked with cliff yesterday and he also said we would vote.
This would give us three +1 votes and we would be able to release.

Thanks for the help,

Bob

again: it's a judgement call

there is no fixed time period though a revote on the artifact is
required on this list (shouldn't be any real issues).

3 binding +1's

this is the basic apache positive approval formula: two's company but
three's a community
