I have made some changes to default xap.profile.js profile to eliminate
redundancy and include as little classes as possible without having an
application to download missing classes separately. Two more profiles have been
added/updated as well: xap-min.profile.js that includes the minimal set of
classes and xap-developer.profile.js which has even less classes, just enough
for an application to start.
