It would be good to be able to specify an MCO or a JavaScript function for a
tooltip that will be evaluated on display---e.g., the tooltips for a bar-graph
dowload display could display the current "% downloaded".
(Right now, you can set tooltip text to be an mco or a function, but it 's only
evaluated at startup.)
