Upgrading dojo to .4 fixed some window issues and also broke some stuff. I think windows should be back to normal again. Minimize/maximize behavior should be better, cosmetic improvements around the window border and bottom resize bar, etc.
There are still some niggling issues like going directly from min to max or vice-versa has some issues, but nothing too major. I marked some bugs fixed in JIRA but these changes go beyond bug fixes to some refactoring. James Margaris
