1) Open the window widget component test
2) Drag the 'resize' corner of a window to the far right-hand side of your
monitor, beyond the pink box.
The window grows outside of the box. Note that the window cannot be dragged
outside of the box.
This bug causes further buggy behavior when a window is bigger than its
bounding container, but fixing this bug should fix those issues too.
