Normally, when clicking on a close, minimize, maximize, or restore button on a
window, and then dragging the mouse away, the action of the button is cancelled.
However, in xap, if you try to drag your mouse off of the button, it drags the
window, making it impossible to cancel the action if the user changes his mind
or mis-clicks.
