- Initial website and ongoing updates to the website and wiki

add tags to XAP
- Updates to the examples including cleaning up the listing page,
providing the initial set of examples with the original code commit
- Demonstrating and documenting how to use Gzipped JavaScript libraries
in the examples
- Patch for google maps widget to bring up to date with the Dojo
architecture
