This update makes easy development and sharing of 3rd party plug-ins.
Summary:
PluginDocumentHandler & PluginegistryImplementation updated to include path
to plugin.xml file.
System searches to plugin class relative to plugin.xml location.
Xap's plugin.xml file has moved to the root of source tree.
