Exceptions at application startup when using xap

When using the standard xap core, exceptions appear indicating missing
GoogleBridge. On further inspection it appears that extra inclusions in the
main xap profile for Microsoft and Yahoo map bridges are not fully implemented
and maintained, and that the issue stems from the Microsoft map bridges being
copies of the Google map bridge, which has changed under the covers. I'm going
to attach a patch file which removes these bridges from the xap core.
