Description:
1.)The code isn't telling itself that it now has an explicitly-set height; this
eliminates scrollbars that should be there.
2.) Under Firefox, was expanding total width or height of the dom node even if
there were an explicit width or height; need to have this not exceed its layout
box if that's been specified.
