When a popupMenu is declared globally and shared, a mechanism is needed to know
which component was the "target" when the popup appeared. Adding invoker and
invokerName to deal with id and name attributes for the component invoking the
popupMenu. Code and example modifications (showing the various levels of the
menus id's the invoker and invokerNames).
